Legal & Privacy
Terms of Use
1. About these Terms
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the DioGrid website, application, documentation, guides, downloadable files, and any related services made available under the DioGrid name (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Service operator
The Service is operated by Massimo Céspedes, with NIE X2156141Y, registered address at Calle Pallars 166, primero, and contact email massimo.c@diogrid.app ("DioGrid", "we", "us" or "our"). Additional identification information is provided in the Legal Notice.
3. What DioGrid does
DioGrid is a browser-based digital tool for designing modular dioramas and related printable or visual compositions. The Service allows users to configure scenes, choose layouts, preview parts, generate assembly or print guidance, export project-related files, access collections, manage subscriptions, and use related support materials.
4. Eligibility and legal capacity
You may use the Service only if you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, studio or other organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation. Where the Service is offered to consumers, mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
5. Accounts and access credentials
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your credentials secure, and notifying us promptly of any unauthorised access or suspected security incident affecting your account. You must not share access in a way that breaches the applicable plan, bypasses access controls, or enables unauthorised use of the Service.
6. Plans, subscriptions and payments
DioGrid offers a free tier with no payment required. Paid plans include a Pro subscription (monthly recurring) and individual collection packs (one-time purchase). If paid features, subscriptions, digital content, individual collections, or other commercial offerings are made available, the applicable price, billing period, renewal conditions, taxes, cancellation options and any specific purchase terms will be presented before checkout. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; your payment is also subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy information. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund or consumer protection rights that may apply under Spanish or EU law.
7. Licence to use the Service
Subject to these Terms and the applicable plan, DioGrid grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. Unless expressly authorised in writing, you may not resell access, sublicense the Service, make it available as a competing hosted service, or use it to build or train a competing product by extracting, scraping or systematically reproducing DioGrid content or datasets.
8. Permitted use of outputs and exports
Project previews, assembly guidance, print lists, compatible exported files, and other outputs generated through the Service may be used by you in accordance with the licence or purchase conditions attached to the relevant plan, collection or asset. DioGrid may define separate licensing rules for commercial use of models, collections, printable files, templates or brand assets. Where such specific rules exist, they prevail over this general clause for that content.
9. User projects and uploaded materials
If the Service allows you to upload files, enter project data, save compositions, or submit materials, you retain any rights you may have in your own original content. You grant DioGrid only the limited rights necessary to host, process, display, back up, export and otherwise operate the Service for you. You must not upload or use content that infringes third-party rights, contains malicious code, violates applicable law, or is abusive, deceptive or unlawful.
10. 3D printing and technical responsibility
DioGrid may provide design assistance, part lists, estimated quantities, preview renders, print guidance, or export tools. These materials are provided as planning aids. Printing results may vary depending on printer calibration, material, slicer settings, tolerances, environmental conditions, model version and user modifications. You remain responsible for reviewing files, settings, structural suitability, assembly methods and safety before manufacturing, selling or using physical parts.
11. Prohibited conduct
You must not: (a) use the Service unlawfully or fraudulently; (b) interfere with its security, availability or integrity; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data; (d) reverse engineer or circumvent protection measures except where such restriction is prohibited by mandatory law; (e) scrape or extract content at scale without authorisation; (f) infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights; or (g) use the Service in a way that could damage DioGrid, other users or third parties.
12. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, interface, brand, logos, documentation, page layouts, original texts, illustrations, collections, assets and other materials made available by DioGrid are protected by intellectual property and related laws, except where expressly stated otherwise. No transfer of ownership is made by these Terms. Any third-party marks, libraries or services remain the property of their respective owners.
13. Third-party services and links
The Service may include links, integrations, payment tools, authentication providers, hosting services, analytics providers, embedded content or other third-party services. DioGrid is not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
14. Availability, maintenance and changes
We aim to keep the Service available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, update features, improve the interface, remove obsolete functionality, modify collections, or change technical requirements. We may also update these Terms when necessary for legal, technical, operational or commercial reasons. The updated version will be published with its effective date.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service where reasonably necessary to protect security, comply with law, prevent misuse, enforce these Terms, address non-payment for paid services, or respond to conduct that materially harms DioGrid, users or third parties. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice or an opportunity to remedy the issue.
16. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. DioGrid does not guarantee that the Service will meet every user expectation, that every exported file will be suitable for every printer or slicer, or that estimates will exactly match real-world production results. Statutory guarantees and rights that cannot be waived remain fully applicable.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DioGrid will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or purely economic losses arising from use of or inability to use the Service, including lost profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data not caused by our breach of mandatory obligations, or manufacturing outcomes outside our control. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, including cases of wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where applicable, or mandatory consumer protections.
18. Data protection and cookies
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies are addressed in the Cookie Policy and, where applicable, through the cookie settings panel. These Terms do not replace those notices.
19. Notices and contact
Questions about these Terms may be sent to massimo.c@diogrid.app. Operational support requests should be sent through the official support channel identified on the website.
20. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory rules that may protect consumers in their country of habitual residence. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, disputes relating to the Service will be submitted to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona, Spain.
